Hydrangea m. Grammy's 1gal CF

This Cornell Farm exclusive is an old family heirloom that we've propagated so that we could share it with you. A summer bloomer, this mophead hydrangea boasts large flower heads with florets that are a deep blue-purple in our native clay soils. (Like most Hydrangea macrophylla cultivars, you can encourage bluer or pinker blooms depending on the acidity of the growing conditions you provide.) Its name honors Ed's mom, Margaret Blatter.
