Description: Compact, upright plant with smaller, thicker fiddle-shaped leaves compared to Ficus lyrata.
Light: Bright, indirect light.
Water: Water when top inch of soil feels dry. Reduce watering in the winter.
Origins: Native to western Africa.
Interesting Fact: In natural circumstances these trees begin life high in the branches of another tree, then send roots down to the ground and it slowly strangles the host tree to death.
