Kokedama 'Plant & Sip' Workshop — February 21, 2026 at 3pm

Join us for a relaxing afternoon of deepening your knowledge about plants in this hands-on workshop to create a kokedama. Kokedama is the Japanese art of growing plants in a moss ball — an incredibly unique way to display a houseplant within its own hanging ecosystem. In this hour-plus workshop, you'll have the chance to create your very own kokedama arrangement with a little help from our houseplant experts. As you craft your botanical creation, enjoy gourmet hors d'oeuvres and a flora cocktail/mocktail from Cornell Farm's farmhouse Cafe.

The cost of registration covers expert instruction and all the materials you need, including moss, twine, a 2" plant, and a ceramic dish — plus, hors d'oeuvres and a floral cocktail (21+) or mocktail from the Cafe. Additional beverages will also be available for purchase at the time of the workshop.

Waitlist: In the event that all seats in the workshop sell out, you are invited to add your name to the waitlist.

Cancellations & Refund Policy: In the event your plans change, refunds for in-person event registrations are offered in the form of store credit up until one week before the event start, after which point we can only offer refunds if we are successfully able to fill your spot from the waitlist. While tickets may not be refundable after this period, they are always transferrable if you would like to offer your registration to another person in your life.
