Description: Medium-sized glossy, lobed leaves. Older leaves fall away, leaving scars and creating a tree-like trunk over time. 

Light: Bright, indirect light.

Water: Water when dry.

Origins: Native to tropical South America.

Other Interesting Facts: Recently reclassified as Thaumatophyllum (previously thought to be a Philodendron.) Part of the Aroid (Araceae) family.
