Capture the Beauty of Spring

Garden Photo Contest

Submissions Open Through May 5th, 2025

Spring is the time when nature reawakens for another year of growth, color, and beauty. Our patience all winter pays off as we're once again immersed in the magic of gardening. There's no better source of inspiration than admiring other gardeners' hard work, so we're excited to invite you to share the beauty of your spring garden with our new 'Garden Dreams' Photo Contest.

From the morning sunlight glistening off of dewdrops to birds flitting around the flowers, let's pool our inspiration to kick off a year of cultivating beauty and serenity.

All gardens are welcome, from sprawling yards to balcony containers to indoor jungles filled with houseplants. This contest is open to all gardeners local to Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington — as long as you can come pick up your prize in-person at Cornell Farm!

How to Enter

1) Take photos in your garden! As you tend to your plants this spring, capture the magical moments of the season, from picture-perfect flowers to pollinators hard at work.

2) Choose up to 3 photos to submit. Share the beauty of your garden to help inspire your fellow gardeners — bonus points for plants from Cornell Farm and PNW natives for Native Plant Appreciation Month.

3) Tag us in a public post on Instagram @CornellFarm or on Facebook @CornellFarms — OR email your photos to entry@cornellfarms.com. The final deadline to tag or submit entries is 11:59pm on May 5th, 2025.

Throughout the month, we'll share all your submissions with our social media and newsletter audience to spread the botanical inspiration and help others achieve their garden dreams. Follow along to pollinate your own imagination!

Prizes

Once you've submitted your best garden pics, a jury from our amazing Patio team will carefully select their favorite photos. The top three will each receive a $50 Cornell Farm Nursery Gift Card. Winners will be announced on May 9th, just in time to collect your gift card for Mother's Day weekend!
