Description: Dark green tubular leaves with light green tiger-print striping.
Light: Moderate to bright, indirect light. Can tolerate lower light.
Water: Allow soil to dry out before watering. Drought tolerant.
Origins: Native to tropical Western Africa and India.
Interesting Fact: Sansevieria trifasciata has been an incredibly important plant used for centuries to produce high-quality cordage for the making of rope, baskets, bowstrings, and many other products. Part of the Asparagus (Asparagaceae) family. Recently reclassified from Sansevieria to Dracaena.
