- Early Italian Purple Garlic (Allium sativum 'Early Italian Purple')
- A classic Italian hard neck variety

- Vigorous bulbs with 15-20 medium sized cloves
- Unpeeled Purple Italian garlic will keep for 6 to 10 months when stored in a cool, dry, dark place
- Separate cloves and plant them 4” deep and 6” apart with the tip up
- Plant September-October; harvest between July- August in our area
