Description: Trailing succulent with cream, pink, and green heart-shaped leaves. Develops a woody caudex at the base with age, sometimes forming tubers along the vine. Flowers are distinctive, pink with a bulbous base and long tubular shape above.
Light: Bright, indirect light.
Water: Water when dry. Drought tolerant.
Origin: Native to Africa.
